Privacy.
Effective 1 September 2026. This policy covers Cadere Pty Ltd.
Cadere collects the personal information you choose to give us: your name, your email address, and whatever you write when you contact us. If you become a client, we also hold the records of the engagement. The site collects basic analytics (pages visited, device type, and approximate location). We use this information to respond to you, to run engagements, and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
What we hold and where. Correspondence and engagement records sit in the email and document systems Cadere uses to run the business. Some of those providers host data outside Australia.
The mailing list. If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email provider for that purpose only. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
When we share it. Three cases: with your consent, for example when we introduce you to another firm; with the providers that host our systems; and where the law requires it.
Access and correction. Email contact@cadere.com.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law allows.
Complaints. Raise any concern with us first at contact@cadere.com.au. If we do not resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
