Cadere is small on purpose. The person you meet in the first conversation is the person who does the work, engaging specialist contractors as needed, and nothing is handed down to a bench that does not exist. Where someone reaches you through one of the firms we deliver alongside, their title says so.

Innocent Muisha
Innocent Muisha is a company director, investor, and software engineer. He has delivered enterprise software used by multinationals, state and federal governments, and small and medium businesses. He has also built and operated companies across technology, healthcare, consumer goods, and mining.
Innocent is a director of Luanda, a private investment holding company with interests across technology and resources. He is the founder of Cadere and a founder of each of the companies it operates, including the agentic platform its client work is built on.
Innocent is an independent consultant to Liquidity Technology Pty Ltd, providing deal origination and introduction services. The licensed advisory work is Liquidity’s.
Innocent is an active investor in the Australian and wider global startup ecosystem, and is happy to hear from founders, investors, and operators taking on ambitious problems.

Lee White
Lee is a mechanical/aerospace, marine, and mining engineer and entrepreneur with approximately 20 years of experience in mining, clean energy, project development, and engineering. He has worked across Australia, Africa, Asia, and North America and contributed to projects from exploration through engineering, corporate development, and due diligence.
Lee is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Detail Earth, a company bringing ultra-high-definition aerial imagery into South East Asia, the co-founder and executive director of Sonexel, a Western Australian life sciences company with advanced, patented nanoparticle technology, and consults on mining and engineering studies and project delivery.
Lee has significant involvement in developing projects from the ground up, including progressing projects from concept stage through to engineering stages with the management of feasibility and infrastructure studies, Ore Reserve estimates, project evaluation, and project delivery.
Software delivery
Where an engagement is a build, delivery is led by the people who run the independent Australian firms we build with: Deepsolve, our main delivery studio, and Otomatik. They work to Cadere’s scope and review, and they are the people in the room for the build.
Neosh Sheikh
Software Delivery Lead, Deepsolve
Neosh is a software engineer currently primarily working on a workplace operations and safety platform and is a founder of Deepsolve. His focus is production-grade software: systems that stay up, scale without a rewrite, and hold their security posture once real users are on them.
He came to software sideways, leaving a dentistry degree two years in. Several years of contract builds for clients followed, then a startup where he was the technical co-founder, then Freelancer.com. He still ships small tools in the open: command-line utilities, and connectors that let AI agents drive software never built for them.
At Cadere, he leads delivery through Deepsolve, with a preference for putting a working version in front of users early and hardening it from there, rather than the other way round.
David Yu
Software Delivery Lead, Deepsolve
David is a software engineer and currently works on large-scale data migrations, and is a founder of Deepsolve. He has been writing software since 2016 and builds Deepsolve’s own products end to end, from the infrastructure through to the AI layer.
Before that he built simulation software for energy projects at Gridcog, and he spent three years with Coders for Causes, the Perth student-run non-profit that develops software for charities. That work shipped, including Home for Now for Anglicare WA and the club’s own public site. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia.
At Cadere, he leads delivery through Deepsolve, and the work plays to his specialty: handling problems nobody wants to touch, pipelines that have to run unattended, and the security that comes with holding other people’s records. He writes publicly about it, including on running migrations at that scale and on data security for law firms.
Leon Ticharwa
Software Delivery Lead, Otomatik
Leon is an engineer whose work runs across software, data, AI, robotics, and embedded systems. He is the managing director and principal engineer of Otomatik, his Perth firm, which builds cloud platforms, data and integration layers, and applied AI held to production standards: retrieval grounded in approved sources, limited tool privileges, evaluation against real business cases, and monitoring once the system is live. He also consults as an AI engineer to an Australian technology consultancy.
He started at RCT, the Perth mining technology company, writing robotics and control software, then took contract work on control systems at FBR, the construction robotics company, and on embedded software for BHP, targeting real-time operating systems on microcontrollers and the CAN networks industrial equipment runs on. Control systems and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) work at Verbrec followed, then cloud and delivery consulting at Mechanical Rock, and a senior and then lead software engineering role at AFG. He is also the founder of Otosheets, an AI back office for small operators: quoting, invoicing, and customer follow-up.
At Cadere, he leads delivery through Otomatik on the engagements where the hard part sits beneath the application: industrial and operational data, integration across systems never designed to speak to each other, and AI that has to stay accountable once it is in production.

Mae Everett
Mae is a Management Consultant with experience across resources, defence, government, utilities, education and other complex operating environments. She specialises in the implementation and adoption of large-scale digital and business transformations, including enterprise resource planning platforms, customer relationship management systems, emerging industry technologies and new operating models.
Mae works at the intersection of technology, operations and people. She develops a deep understanding of how an organisation operates, determines how a new solution will change the business, maps impacts across processes and people, and identifies the gaps, dependencies and risks that could limit successful implementation. She then helps translate the solution into sustainable business operations through implementation design, process optimisation, SOPs, governance, organisational readiness and adoption.
Across 40+ projects, Mae has analysed hundreds of organisational changes and thousands of stakeholder impacts, developed the operational frameworks and documentation required to support implementation, and identified process, readiness and adoption gaps that could compromise transformation outcomes.
Mae bridges the gap between technical delivery and operational reality, ensuring technology performs as effectively in the business as it does by design.
